Meet Therese – Finance

Meet Therese, our Nordic Finance Manager. Therese is talented at making sure numbers align. Every day, she comes to work with an upbeat attitude, spreading happiness among her colleagues with her smile and laughter.

What’s your role, and how did you end up at Cheffelo?

I am responsible for accounting and consolidation at  Cheffelo and work with all our legal entities. I am highly involved in our external reporting such as our quarterly and annual reports, our auditors and the continuous work with our processes, guidelines and policies. I ended up at LMK Group by chance. I got a call from a recruitment company that presented Cheffelo in a very interesting way, and after an interview with our former CFO, I chose to join the company.

What does a typical working day look like for you?

I am lucky to work with numbers, and my working days consist of recurring tasks, since monthly closing comes every month, mixed with various ad hoc projects and tasks. My working days also consist of a mix of meetings, collaborations and working independently which I really appreciate.

What is the best thing about working at Cheffelo?

My colleagues are definitely the best part of working at Cheffelo. Regardless of department and country, it is always fun to work together. I also value that LMK Group invests in us as employees and especially in our professional development. There is a focus on learning and improving as well a culture that encourages everyone to contribute to improvements in all parts of our business.

What do you like to do outside of work?

Besides spending time with my family and going on walks, I really enjoy working in my garden. I am a happy gardening amateur, and I am always open for a talk about gardening.
